The whole idea of free energy and the suppression of its ideas is rather fascinating to me in some ways. One being that the whole thing could indeed be bullshit. Some say there has never and will never be a person in history that will develop a device that produces more energy than it takes to power it. Some say it is impossible. But hey, so were heavier than air flying machines.

Some say there has never and will never be a person in history that will develop a device that produces more energy than it takes to power it. Some say it is impossible. There is probably some truth to the idea that free energy is being suppressed. The fact is the world economy runs on energy now more than ever! The ones in charge of that energy have put themselves in the positions of power and have done so for the protection of their own interests. Energy powers our lives now more than ever, and that is the reason it is valued so highly. This makes the people that control it among the most influential.

So, if it is real, why don’t we make free energy devices for everyone? Well, my guess is that it is most likely a pretty complex issue. If the technology were to be made available cheap and easy to everyone, there would be no need for energy companies to distribute power made from fossil fuels. Assuming energy companies already have a hefty interest in seeing that they get the most out of the fuel they already have on their hands, they are most likely in no hurry. Not to mention how much money it would cost to put free energy devices in the homes of every American, let alone every home in the world. Buying a box and having it run as a power generator for your home for 30 years is rather appealing to people that don’t want to spend a lot on energy.

Why hasn’t anybody started selling these magic boxes of power? Think about it. It is a one time deal! Buy the box and you’re set! What else is the company good for? Repairs? That’s to say if some fusion device or other free energy machine could even be made. If it could, would it be safe for people to use? Well of course! Some say fire is a double-edged sword. It can cook our food, but also cook us!

If the device would be safe and people would be able to use it, who gets to use it first? What country will lead the way in free energy and stop supporting fossil fuels that are warming our earth? In a way I suppose it is France with the ITER project, but surely the first country to start such a shift toward clean energy would stir up feathers for some. What if some countries governments decided they wanted to finish out their current fuel cycles before they switch while the public demanded they switch immediately? This could cause chaos in a country that might have already had enough political stresses of its own to worry about. Let alone having to worry about the social and economic impacts of free energy being introduced to their society. The world might not be that far away from a time where we have enough infrastructure in place to support a planet running on free energy. Sadly today there simply isn’t an efficient enough way to provide complete equality in the world. A world without equality is a world without peace.
